General Discipline

  • School begins with a General Assembly during which a prayer is recited. Every student should be present for the General Assembly. When the bell is rung students go to their respective classrooms.
  • The school gate is closed at 8.55 a.m. for all students. No student is allowed to enter the campus thereafter.
  • Late arrivals, which exceed three times, will lead to a “Parent Call”.
  • Students are expected to make good use of the books in the library and not to damage the furniture and Library books.
  • During the change of teachers, or when going from one class to another, silence must be observed. During class hours, students must avoid talking on the corridors, especially while passing by a classroom.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school during the school hours unless the parents meet the Principal personally and prior permission is obtained from her, to raise subscriptions, to give gifts to the members of the staff or companions, to organize picnics or tournaments without permission.
  • The school is not responsible for books, clothes etc. It is not advisable for students to bring valuable articles to the school.
  • Parents / Guardians are not allowed to send / bring tiffins and hand them over to their ward or to the school employees if she forgets to bring it along with her in the morning.No delivery of articles from home will be given to the student once she has entered the School premises.
  • Since the student is admitted by the school for the purpose of education at the request of the parent / guardian, the parent / guardian agrees with the school that the student will attend school regularly and will observe and comply with all the rules and regulations and the parent / guardian shall pay to the school regularly all fees and charges as may be due.
  • The school will not be liable for any damages / charges on account of injuriesfatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the student any time during her stay in school, while taking part in sports and in extra-curricular or any other form of activities of the school, within or outside the school premises.All expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries will be borne by the parent / guardian as per the rules of the school.
  • The school does not own any school bus / vehicle for the purpose of transporting students from their home to school and vice versa. The school shall not have any responsibility or be liable in any manner for any injury sustained by the students while being boarded / carried by any vehicle arranged by the parents or guardians / others.
  • Under no circumstances will a student be allowed to enter the school premises in the morning once the gate is closed, and parents are requested not to intercede on behalf of their wards.
  • Students are not allowed to bring to school any kind of electronic equipment,such as mobile phones, smart watches etc. The use of a mobile in the School Premises and in the class rooms is strictly prohibited. If a student is found using a mobile, it will be confiscated and will not be given back to the student or to the parent and the user will be severely penalized.
  • A strict code of uniform is to be followed. Students must be neatly dressed and wear clean, knee-length socks. They are not allowed to wear any jewellery nor will they use mehendi. Nails are to be trimmed and no nail polish of any kind will be entertained.
  • For birthday celebration only boiled sweets / candies for distribution are allowed. Cakes and other fancy items / gifts etc are strictly not allowed.
  • Visitors are not allowed to interview the teachers in their respective class rooms or in the staff room during the teaching hours. They may do so out of class hours, having made an appointment.
  • Regularity and obedience is expected in Class.
  • To acquire greater facility in the study of English, only English should be spoken in the School premises.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual want of application, insubordination, any kind cheating or serious misconduct in the School and even outside the School premises or any habit or behavior damaging the image of the good name of the School will be sufficient reason for the dismissal of a pupil.
  • Students are not allowed to enter other class rooms except their own.
  • Though the School takes care of your ward / daughter while in school, the School cannot be held responsible for any self – inflected or accidental mishap / injury, physical or otherwise that may befall on your daughter / ward.
  • It is the policy of the school, as a rule, to discourage private tuition. A student should be able to progress in her work as a result of good teaching.The students are strictly not allowed to take tuitions from their own school teachers.
